B. Refund Policy

  • No refund will be issued once the service process (consultation, document drafting, registration, or government filing) has started.
     
  • If Dimora FinLegal is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal or unavoidable circumstances, a partial or full refund may be processed based on the work stage completed.
     
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
     
  • Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or government filing fees are non-refundable.
